Today Sheriff Eads was pleased to present Shelby Zacharias with the Tennessee Sheriff’s Association Scholarship. Shelby is the daughter of Dickson County Detective Chris Stockman. Shelby is attending Tennessee Tech University and majoring in Chemical Engineering. Congratulations Shelby!!
