Of the 2,744 people living in Kingston Springs in 2020, 49.8 percent (1,367) were women and 50.2 percent (1,377) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Tennessee News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 24. In the 65 and over age range, there were 253 females and 192 males.
