Of the 1,322 people living in Tennessee Ridge in 2019, 51.7 percent (684) were women and 48.3 percent (638) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Tennessee News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 341-to-336. In the 65 and over age range, there were 193 females and 147 males.
