Northeast State Community College Annual Student Club Thanksgiving Food Drive

The annual student club Thanksgiving food drive proved a great success this season. 

The Northeast State Northeast State SkillsUSA Club won first place for most food collected in their tribute to It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown collection bin.

The Greens Club won second place for most food collected and second place for their loveable turkey basket design.

The Northeast State Scholars Foundation won first place for their food donation drop box design which incorporated the theme of global food waste and need into their collection drop.

Thank you to the Art Club; Campus Christian Fellowship; GREENS Club; Scholars Foundation; Alpha Iota Chi – Phi Theta Kappa; Skills USA; Student Social Work Organization; Student Veterans of America; and the students and faculty at the Kingsport Center for Higher Education for answering the call for others.
