The Circuit Court Clerks of Montgomery County have reported information about a telephone scam regarding Jury Duty. The scammers state that the person called has missed Jury Duty and that a warrant was issued for their arrest. They then will ask for a payment to cancel the warrant.
If you receive any calls that give you concern please be cautious before providing any kind of payment.
